Appropriation Ordinance 982 <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($100,000); and <br />E. Transfer from the Recreation Fund to the Recreation Impact Fund the sum of Seven <br />Thousand Dollars ($7,000); and <br />F. Transfer from the Highland/S.O.M. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of <br />Fifty Two Thousand One Hundred Foriy Nine and 39/100 Dollars (52,149.39); and . <br />G. Transfer from the Recreation Fund to the Scholarship Fund the sum of Four Thousand Nine <br />Hundred Eighty Three and OS/100 Dollars ($4,983.05); and <br />H. Transfer from the Bond Retirement Fund to Fund 301 a sum of Fifty Four Thousand One <br />Hundred Fifty Two and 50/100 Dollars ($54,15.50); and <br />I. Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to Fund 401 a sum of One Hundred Ten Dollars <br />($110.00); and <br />J. Advance from the General Fund to the North County Line Trunk Sewer Project the sum of <br />Two Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($275,000); <br />K. Return to the General Fund from the North County Line Trunk Sewer an earlier advance of <br />Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00); and <br />L. Return to the General Fund from S.O.M./Highland Project an eazlier advance of One <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and <br />M. Return to the General Fund from the Recreation Fund, an eazlier advance of Four Thousand <br />Dollars ($4,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to <br />the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declazed to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that the appropriations authorized herein aze necessary to maintain governmental <br />services. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not <br />less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the <br />eazliesttime allowed by law. <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
