RESOLUTION NO. 94-33 <br />-- INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS, AND THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR TFE UPPER FORTY BASIN PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Village has received a significant grant for the Upper <br />Forty Retention Basin Project; and <br />WHEREAS, the design and specifications for the project have been <br />investigated, studied and analyzed by local, state and federal agencies, <br />and it is a desirable project necessary for the protection of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents in this community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF M[AYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1e That the Mayor and Engineer are hereby and herein <br />authorized and directed to advertise for bids, pursuant to law for the <br />performance of all work necessary for the Upper Forty Retention Basin, <br />and channels into and out of the same, including other appurtenances and <br />identified work previously authorized by this Council, and to prepare <br />such plans and specifications as are necessary in order to receive such <br />bids. <br />SECTION 2.
