The Owner shall provide professional <br />credit for the Architect on the constniction sign and in the pro- <br />mo[ional materials for [he Project. <br />ARTICLE 10 <br />PAYMENTS TO THE ARCHITECT . <br />10.1 DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE <br />10.1.1 Direct Personnel Expense is deFined as the direct <br />sal:tries of the Architeet's personnel engagecl on the Project and <br />ihe portion of the cost of their mandatory and customarv con- <br />tribucions and benefits related thereto, such as emploNImenc <br />taxes and ocher scacucory emplo}'ee benefits, instirance, sick <br />le:ive, holidays, vacations, pensions and similar concribucions <br />and benefics. <br />10.2 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />10.2.1 Reimbursable Expenses are in addition to compensa- <br />tion for Basic and Additional Services and include espenses <br />ir,Currcu uy L11C Al'CiiLLCCC 2117C1 Af'CII1lCCC'5 Cll]pIUYeCS df1CI CU[1- <br />sultants in the interest of the Project, as identified in the follow- <br />ing Clauses. <br />10.2.1.1 Expense of transportation in connection with the <br />Project;
