Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />6.,q ?%SOl1tiOn 4 LR"WBC1ld!m f0 <br />TOlU1U %M <br />WHEREAS, Donald Bear grew up in Mayfield Village; and <br />WHEREAS, Don was sworn in as a part-time firefighter on July 16, 1984 and <br />began serving his community; and <br />WHEREAS, Firefighter Bear is an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Don maintained an active schedule working for the department <br />at least once a week; and <br />WHEREAS, during his tenure with the Mayfield Village Fire Department, <br />Firefighter Bear responded to numerous emergency situations including fires at <br />Pizzazz and Gates Mills Club Residence; and <br />WHEREAS, many incidences occurred during late hours and in inclement <br />weather, and; <br />WHEREAS, Don Bear has distinguished himself as a hard worker and <br />diligent employee, and; <br />WHEREAS, Firefighter ponald Bear should be recognized by the Mayor, <br />Council and residents of Mayfield Village for his diligence and dedication to the <br />Mayfield Village Fire Department and to the people he helped protect and serve;
