ORDINANCE NO. 94-4 <br />PAGE TWO <br />11 Any damage to propertv caused by the signs must be <br />repaired upon removal. <br />12 Only the signs which are of candidates which are on <br />the ballot for electors in the Village of Mavfield <br />shall be permitted to be located within the <br />Village. <br />13 Candidates are personally responsible to keeb a <br />constant watch on their signs and to maintain said <br />signs in good condition, and their continual <br />compliance with this code. <br />14 At the time a candidate or his/her representative <br />takes out permits for political signs, thev shall <br />sign a receipt indicating they have received a coAv <br />of the Codified Ordinances pertaining to political <br />sign reaulations Anv violation of this Ordinance <br />shall cause notice from the Building Commissioner's <br />office to the candidate, who shall correct the <br />violation immediately, but not more than seventv- <br />two hours from the time of the notification. <br />Thereafter, the Buildinct Commissioner shall have <br />the authority to remove such signs and place them <br />...__,in the Service Garage. At such time, the candidate <br />shall forfeit One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) <br />. for each sign so confiscated, out of his/her <br />deposit. <br />* * * <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3.
