ORDINANCE NO. 94-4 <br />PAGE TWO <br />11 Any damaqe to property caused bv the sians must be <br />repaired upon removal. <br />12 Only candidates siqns who are on the ballot for <br />electors in the Villacre of Mayfield shall be <br />permitted to locate si.gns within the Villaae. <br />13 Candidates are personally responsible to keep a <br />signs in Qood condition, and their continual <br />compliance with this code. <br />14 At the time a candidate or hisfher representative <br />takes out permits for political signs, thev shall <br />sign a receipt indicating they have received a copv <br />of the Codified Ordinances pertaining to political <br />sign regulations Any violation of this Ordinance <br />shall cause notice from the Building Commissioner's <br />office to the candidate, who shall correct the <br />violation immediately, but not less than seventv- <br />two hours from the time of the notification. <br />in the Service Garacte At such time, the candidate <br />shall forfeit One Dollar .and Fifty Cents ($1.50) <br />for each sign so confiscated, out of his/her <br />deposit. <br />* * * <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliber.ations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3.
