Mayfield Village Creative Microsystems, Inc.v ?? <br />ADDENDUM A <br />SOFTWARE SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDED <br />The CMI Software Support Service Agreement provides the following: <br />COVERED SERVICES <br />CMI will provide CUSTOMER with softwaze revisions and updates as they become available during the contract <br />period. <br />CMI will provide telephone soflware support service. The CUSTOMER may ask questions regarding specific <br />problems encountered in CMI software, or may seek advice on general use of the softwaze and documentation. <br />The telephone service will be available during CMI normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru <br />Friday except for CMI scheduled holidays). <br />CMI will provide unlimited telephone support services for each application specified in Addendum B at the rate <br />and for the term indicated in agreement. <br />NON-COVERED SERVICES <br />All on-site software support, hazdware support, programming services, custom software design services and <br />consulting services are excluded from this agreement. <br />New modules added to existing software packages will be made available for the incremental difference between <br />the original contracted amount and the current license fee. <br />Programming services required to install updates to the software are included in this agreement. Any additional <br />services required, such as the loading of special custom modifications, will be billed at the current prevailing rate. <br />4
