C. Transfer from the General Fund to tlie Community Room Fund the sum of Three <br />Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00); and <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund the sum of One <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Hillcrest Area Fire Radio Fund the sum of One <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); and <br />F. Transfer from the General Fund to the Municipal Center Complex Fund the sum of <br />One Hundred Fifly Thousand Dollares ($150,000.00); and <br />G. Retum to the General Fund from the Highland/S.O.M. Project Fund an earlier <br />advance of Twenty Thousand Dollazs ($20,000.00); and <br />H. Return to the General Fund from the Upper 40 Project Fund an earlier advance of <br />Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that a11 formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adopfion of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this <br />Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with a11 statutory <br />requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain <br />governmental services. It sha11, therefore, take effect immediately upon passage by the <br />affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the <br />Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />Page 5 of 6
