ORDINANCE NO. 94-22 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />CREATING NEW CHAPTER 1387 PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZATION, <br />ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTY PROVISIONS NECESSARY TO <br />CAUSE THE INSPECTION OF ALL PROPERTY IN THE VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the Building Commissioner has recommended the creation of <br />new Chapter 1387 relative to providing authorization, enforcement and <br />penalty provisions necessary to cause the inspection of all property in <br />the Village. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF NIAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 1387 is hereby and herein created to read <br />as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have <br />been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of <br />this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, <br />took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory recjuirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of <br />the Ohio Revised Codea <br />SEC:TION 3a This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the further reasons set <br />forth in the preamble hereof.
