Locks at all entrances to dwelling <br />14111 . ts, rooming units and guestrooms shall tightly secure the door. <br />PM-304.14 Basement hatchways: Every basement hatchway <br />shalt be maintained to prevent the entrance of rats, rain and <br />surface drainage water. <br />PM-304.15 Guards for basement windows: Every bosemettt <br />window that is openable shall be supplied with ratproof shields, <br />storm windows or other approved protection against the entry of <br />rats. <br />SECTION PM-305.0 INTERIOR STRUCTURE <br />PM-305.1 General: Thc interior of a structure and equipment <br />therein shall bc maintained in good repair, structurdlly sound and <br />in a sanitary condition. Every occupont shall keep that part of <br />the structure which sueh urcupant occupies or controls in a clean <br />and sanitary condition. Every oxvrer of a structure containing a <br />rnoming hnuse, a hnrel, a dormitorz•, two or more dx•elling unrrs <br />or two or more nonresidential uccupuncies, shall maintain_ in a <br />clean and sanitary condition, the shared or public areas of the <br />structure and eslerinr properh•. <br />I'M-305.2 StruCtural members: Thc supporting structural <br />? membets of every structure shall be maintained structurally <br />sound, and be capable of supporting the imposed loads_ <br />PM-305_1 Interior surfaces: All interior surfaces, including <br />windoH•s and doors. shall be maintained in good, clcan and <br />sanitan• condition.
