("GR.A") for consulting services <br />concerning consulting services for evaluating acquisitian and management for the Parkview Golf <br />CpUrSB. <br />Qn the basis of our review of the RFP, and the meeting and presentation with the MayFeld Village <br />Council, we understand that Mayfieid Village (the "Village") is considering purchasing Parkview <br />.f rolf Course using municipal debt, and epntracting an independent golf course management firm <br />to run the facility far the Village, The Village has requested quatified cpnsultants to evaluate Che <br />overall plan for purchase of the golf course, and to prepare an RFP for solicitation of lease ar <br />management contract propasais, and then review these proposals in order to make <br />recommendations to the Viliage for proceeding with one firm. <br />STATEMENT OF GRA QUALIFICATIONS <br />• GR.4 is a'specialist ist galf course market feasi8ility, ai?d financral operatiojrs <br />af gadf cvurses.
