. ? <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-46 <br />PAGE TWO <br />(d) Private or commercial rental for individuals or groups <br />who are sponsored by a resident is available subject to the <br />schedule requirements set forth hereinabove. Charge for use of the <br />Community Room shall be one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) <br />with an additional refundable damage deposit in the amount of ene <br />rti'iuiz crcu-iv-llai^ 'Y!90. ?°; one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) . The <br />deposit for use of the kitchen shall be refunded only if the <br />kitchen and Community Room Building are left clean, the tables are <br />cleared and the building is found in the condition at the time it <br />was when rented. <br />?r** <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the <br />further reasons set forth in the preamble hereof.
