AEtTICLE 15 BASiS OF COMPENSATIO(d The Owner shall compensate the Construction Manager for the Scope of Services provided, in accordance with Article 7, Payments to the Construction Manager, and the other Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, as follows: 15.1 AN INITIAL PAYMENT of ZerO dollars ($ _0_ ) shall be made upon execu- tion of this Agreement and credited to the Owner's account as follows: 15.2 BAS1C COMPENSATION 15.2.1 FOR BAS1C SERVICES, as described in Paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2, and any other services included in Article 16 as part of Basic Services, Basic Compensation shall be computed as follows: ?
