ON <br />Ordinance No. 94-60 <br />Page Two <br />(11) For all current and former Mayors, and for all current and former <br />members of Council, upon request, copies of all agendas, public <br />hearings, ordinances, resolutions, committee meeting minutes, <br />or any public body minutes, at no charge. <br />Fees are payable in advance. Should a purchaser request that items be mailed, <br />then a charge shall be assessed to cover prevailing postal rates in effect at the time. <br />For purposes of this subsection, a"page" includes both a one and two-sided <br />document. A person shall be charged twenty-five cents ($0.25) per page, regardless if it <br />is a one or two-sided document. (Ord. 93-18. Passed 4-19-93.) <br />Section 2. The rest and remainder of Section 105.03 shall remain in full force and <br />w <br />effect. <br />Section 3. T'he Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been ,taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 521 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, and for the further reasons set forth in the preamble herof. It sahll, <br />therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the affirmative vote of not less <br />than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the <br />earliest time allowed by law. <br />J M.
