- ORDINANCE NO. 93- 09 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 131.05(c) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, RE-ESTABLISHING THE <br />COMPENSATION OF HUMAN SERVICES DIRECTOR, <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Existing Subsection 131.05(c) of the Codified <br />Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby amended by <br />increasing the compensation of the Human Services Director so that <br />the new Subsection 131.05(c) will read as follows: <br />(c) The Human Services Director shall be paid a salary of <br />$10,500.00 per annum, for a minimum of twenty (20) hours <br />per week. The Human Services Director shall be a part- <br />time position and such person shall not be eligible for <br />employment benefits accorded to full-time employees of <br />Mayfield Village. <br />SECTION 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />Ordinances, in whole or in part, are repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the <br />further reasons set forth in the preamble hereof.
