Those on schedule station duty time are not entitled to the call out pay provision. All part time firefighters are eligible to work station duty at their assigned rate of pay and rank. For work performed on the holidays designated below all part time firefighters will be compensated an additional fifty cent ($.50) per hour. Those persons having experience (such as paramedics or full-time firefighters) may waive the .time requirement and test out at each level of proficiency. 3
