F - 4~ SUBSCR(PT1QN AGREEMENT t Lww Elitvraeliteltt Teievlslon Network The undersigned Agency agrees to subscribe to certain services from L-aw Enforcement Tctvvision NetworJc, loc. ("LETN") upon the tollowing terms and conditions; 1.Servlces. Agency subscribes to Lt=TN's programs concerning law enforcerrtent via the LETN network ("Programs"). LETN agrees to provide an average of at least 4Q0 flours of broadcasting per month. 2.Term. The term of this Agreement will begin upon Installation of equipment to receive LETN programming and shall end 12 months from such date ("Initial Term'7, unless extended as provided herein, At the end of ttte Initial Term and any Additional Term, this Agreement shall automatically be extended for an additions! 12-month period ("Additional Term', unless, 64 days prior to such date, eithP.r party gives notice in wrilinc~ of its intans to terminate this Agreement. -~" 3.Setvlce Fee.,Agency shall pay LETN $288,00 per month9or its services under this Agreement ("Service Fee's.. Included in the Service Fee are five Program Guides valued at $1 per guide per month. As soon as the Initial Term begins, Agency shall pay the Service fee monthly In advance. d.E~tlpment. LETN agrees to provide Agencywithin 90 days of the date hereof equipment necessary to receive the signal for the Programs for one television set ("Equipment"). Agency acknowledges that LETN owns all rights, title, and interest In the Equipment and that Agency is to provide its own television set. S. alht2hah~A. Agency agrees to use its best efforts to keep the Equipment in good worming condition and to use the Equipment Only as provided in this Agreement. Agency agroo6 to notify Lt:1 N as soon as poesiblo it tho Equipment requires any repairs or services. LETN shall be responsible for providing and paying for all such repairs or services, provided, however, that Agency shall reimburse LETN torthe cost of any repairs or services to the equipment which were required as a result of misuse by Agency. 6.Covenants of Aaencv. Agency agrees that LETN programming wilt be viewed only by Agency personnel and that itwiil use the Programs only at the installation address set forth below Agency's signature on this Agreement. Agency wilt rwt retransmit any Program to or reuse any Program ai any other location, Agency wilt not videotape any Program for.use at any other location without specific written authorization from LETN, 7.,~~a~,pesgors and ARStgna__The terms and conditions of this agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
