Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION COI~NDING JEANNE LEPPLA <br />UPON FiER RETIREMENT FROH COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />WHEREAS, Jeanne Leppla was appointed in March, 1993, to fulfill the <br />balance of the term for Councilperson in Ward 4; and <br />WFH;REAS, Jeanne Leppla's service as Councilperson will end as of <br />December 31, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, Jeanne Leppla has been an active member of the Recreation <br />Board prior to being appointed to Council, and further has been on the <br />Wilson Mills Traffic Committee and is committed to the concerns of the <br />residents in the Village in all aspects, specifically relating to <br />sewers, traffic, and recreation, and has been actively committed to the <br />landscaping concerns of the Worton Park Homeowners' Association in so <br />far as the development of Progressive Insurance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That the Mayor, his Administration,.and the Council of <br />the Village of Mayfield, do hereby extend, on behalf of all of the <br />citizens of the Village, their highest praise and commendation to Jeanne <br />Leppla upon her retirement from Council and for her dedicated public <br />service while serving thereon. <br />SECTION 2. That the Clerk is directed to certify a copy of this <br />Resolution to Jeanne Leppla as an expression of the gratitude and esteem <br />expressed herein. <br />SECTION 3.
