HITNESSBTH THAT; NHBREAS, the COUNTY is operating the Cuyahoga Regional Information System (hereinafter called the CRIS, A Police and Criminal Justice oriented information system, and HHEREAS, the USER has previously participated in the CRIS and wishes to continue participation in the CRIS, and NOM, TNBRBPORE, it is agreed that the Service Agreement by and between the COUNTY, the CRIS, and User, is hereby amended to extend the service from January 1, 1992 until December 31, 1992, The Schedule of Charges for the provision of this service during the period January 1, 1992 to December 31, 1992 shall be as follows; The following schedule of charges shall be used by the COUNTY in billing the USER for services provided by the County to the USER under this Agreement; SBRVICB $IHORTHLY UNIT RATB CATEGORY RATB General Center $ 199,39 Local Network 90.93 Master Terminal 163,91 Computer Resource 291,91 'CRIS' Application 21.10 'HAZHIS' Application 0,00 TOTAL PBR NORTH $1,299,00 The One-Thousand-Two-Hundred and Ninety-Nine dollars ($1,299.00 per month charge shall begin upon the COUNTY making available the CRIS service, as defined by the CRIS Board of Advisors, to the USER on January 1, 1992, Services provided by the COUNTY to the USBR which are outside the normal scope of services as defined by the CRIS Board of Advisors shall be billed to the USER by the COUNTY at the actual cost to the COUNTY of providing the requested services, All other provisions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect,
