1. Y"- ' `• ` ' ORDINANCE NO. 92-12 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR MEMBERS OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD,. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, AND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS, AND AMENDING SECTION 1305.05 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That effective May 1, 1992, all members of the Mayfield Village Planning and Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Architectural Review Board, shall receive Forty Dollars ($40.00) per meeting attended. SECTION 2. That Section 1305.05 of the Codified Ordinances is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: 1305.05 COMPENSATION. Each member of the Architectural Review Board shall be paid r r ~ ~ /c~~c nn~ ~' cc ~~~o~i~e--~ez~,~-~ '~'e-ccsiTg as determined by SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees;' resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason to encourage commercial development within Mayfield Village. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or ptherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
