ORDINANCE NO. 92-13 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 155.06 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE PERTAINING TO THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 155.06 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village is hereby amended to read as follows: 155.06 FEE SCHEDULE ~ * ~ (E) All groups and individuals indicated above who may use the Community Room Building without charge, will be permitted only one use, free of charge, during each calendar year. Furthermore, although no rental fee will be charged, each such group or individual will be charged a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) maintenance fee as and for cleaning of the premises after their use. The restrictions of this Subparagraph will not apply to the Council, or various Boards and Commissions of the Village who are using same for Village business. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason to encourage commercial development within Mayfield Village.
