ORDINANCE NO. 92-13 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 155.06 OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE PERTAINING <br />TO THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Section 155.06 of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />155.06 FEE SCHEDULE <br />~ * ~ <br />(E) All groups and individuals indicated above who <br />may use the Community Room Building without <br />charge, will be permitted only one use, free <br />of charge, during each calendar year. <br />Furthermore, although no rental fee will be <br />charged, each such group or individual will be <br />charged a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) maintenance <br />fee as and for cleaning of the premises after <br />their use. The restrictions of this <br />Subparagraph will not apply to the Council, or <br />various Boards and Commissions of the Village <br />who are using same for Village business. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason <br />to encourage commercial development within Mayfield Village.
