ORDINANCE N0.92-15 Introduced by: lUiayor Pietrafese and Council as a jYhole AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EDITING AND INCLUSION OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES AS PARTS OF THE VARIOUS COMPONENT CODES OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed which should be included in the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio; and WHEREAS, changes should be reflected in the Codified Ordinances to conform to statutory enactments of the Ohio General Assembly, now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: 5ECTION 1. That the editing, arrangement and numbering of those ordinances and resolutions enacted by Council from 5-1-91 to 5-1-92, as listed in the Comparative Section Table, are hereby approved and adopted as printed in the 1992 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances so as to achieve uniformity of style and classification. A copy of such Replacement Pages are attached to this ordinance and incorporated as a part hereof. SECTION 2. The following sections of the Traffic and General Offenses Codes, as amended, are hereby approved and adopted as amended or enacted so as to conform to enactments of the Ohio General Assembly: ' -Traffic Code 303.082 Private Tow Away Zones (Amended). 303.083 Release of Vehicle (Amended). 303.11 Providing False Information to Police Officer (Added). 303.99 Penalty (Amended). 333.03 Speed Limits (Amended). 333.04 Stopped Vehicle~Which Obstructs Traffic (Amended). 335.09 Display of License Plates (Amended). General Offenses Code 513.01 Definitions (Amended). 513.03 Controlled Substance Possession or Use (Amended). 517.01 Gambling Definitions (Amended). 517.02 Gambling (Amended). 517.06 Methods Of Conducting A Bingo Game (Amended). 517.09 Bingo Exceptions (Amended). 525.02 Falsification (Amended). 537.14 Domestic Violence (Amended). 545.20 Forgery of Identification Cards (Added).
