~- ORDINANCE NO. 92-18 <br />PAGE EIGHT <br />(b) For use in the construction of new buildings or <br />improvements upon permit obtained from the City of <br />Cleveland Water Department and from the Building <br />Commissioner of the Municipality, who shall require <br />a deposit in cash of }::„-*'j'-~="^ thirty-five <br />dollars -{~-2~-~ A-B-}- ($35.00) for each such permit. <br />The Fire Department shall inspect the hydrant after <br />it has been so used, and, if all equipment obtained <br />from the Muncipality for such ,purpose has been <br />returned to the Municipality-and if no damage has <br />been cuased by the permit holder to the hydrants or <br />other property of the Municipality, the sum of ten <br />dollars ($10.00) out of the case deposit shall be <br />returned to the permit holder; the balance of the <br />deposit shall be retained by the Municipality as <br />payment for the services of the Fire Department and <br />the Commissioner. If any of the equipment has not <br />been returned to the Municipality, or if there has <br />been any damage to the hydrants or other property <br />of the Municipality, the entire deposit shall be <br />retained by the Municipality, and the permit holder <br />shall still be liable to the Municipality for the <br />amount of any damage caused by him in excess of the <br />amount of the deposit. <br />SECTION 12. That Section 1309.21 of the Codified Ordinances <br />is hereby and herein included to read as follows: <br />1309.21 PARK AND RECREATION IMPROVEMENT FUND FEE. <br />In addition to the fees charged in Chapter 1309 for <br />new construction in U-1, U-2, U-3 and U-3AA there shall <br />be charged the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for <br />each individual residential unit Such fee shall be paid <br />before the permit for new construction is issued and all <br />such fees shall be deposited in the Recreation Fund. All <br />fees collected hereunder shall be used solely for the <br />Village recreational facilities and equipment. No funds <br />may be withdrawn from the Recreation Fund without prior <br />approval of Council. <br />SECTION 13. That Section 1343.05(b) of the Codified <br />Ordinances is hereby and herein amended to read as follows: <br />1343.05 CASH BOND; INSURANCE; ETC. <br />(b) The permit holder shall carry liability insurance, <br />protecting the Municipality against liability in the amount of <br />one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) as to any one person <br />
