ORDINANCE NO. 92-21 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY .ORDINANCE AMENDING THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 92-10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That the total appropriation from the General Fund in Ordinance No. 92-10 is hereby and herein amended from Four Million Three Hundred Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($4,309,359.19) to Four Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Nineteen Cents ($4,509,359.19). SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 92-10 is hereby amended so as to appropriate and transfer from the General Fund to the Municipal Center Complex Fund, the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). SECTION 3. That the rest and remainder of Ordinance No. 92-10 shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place. in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason to encourage commercial development within Mayfield Village. It shall, therefore, take effect immediately upon the passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor -r-otherwise a t ~ - iest time allowed by law.
