ORDINANCE NO. 92- 25 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING SECTION 155.06(A) OF THE CODIFIED <br />ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE PERTAINING TO <br />THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY ROOM BUILDING <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Section 155.06(A) of the Codified Ordinances of <br />Mayfield Village is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />155.06 Fee Schedule <br />(A) The following groups and individuals are eligible <br />to use the Community Room Building without charge: <br />Mayfield Village based organizations or <br />institutions which are of non-profit, charitable, <br />or civic nature including but not limited to, <br />Village Council, Village officials, homeowner's <br />associations, boards, commissions, all Council <br />committees and commissions, Boy Scouts, Girl <br />Scouts, Cub Scouts, and any other similar type <br />group or individual designated by the Mayor. While <br />no fee is charged for use of the building, each <br />individual or group shall nevertheless remain <br />liable for any damage to the building in accordance <br />with the rules and regulations set forth <br />hereinabove. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and <br />welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and for the <br />further reasons set forth in the preamble hereof.
