Each false police alarm beyond four shall result <br />in an assessment of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per <br />alarm. <br />(e) No penalty shall be assessed for a false alarm to which <br />there is no response by the police car Ffxe Departments, <br />nor when the cause has been provers to be an act of God. <br />~CTIgN,2.
