~. - -~ STANDARD EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING WATER SERVICE ~,~ ss ~'~c~ CG ,,., I { Z~ ~ _ o,,., sue, , the Grantor herein, fo valuable co sideration received and to be received to (my, our) full satisfaction, do hereby grant and convey to the Village of Mayfield and to the City of Cleveland, political subdivisions of the State of Ohio and Grantees herein, the perpetual right-of-way and easement for the purposes hereinafter mentioned in the following described premises (the "Premises"): Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County oP Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 16, Tract No. 2, and further being a parcel of land 50.00 feet in width laying 25.00 feet of either side of the following described centerline: Beginning on the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 16, . at its intersection with the Southerly line of land conveyed to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, for the widening of Wilson Mills Road, by deed dated April 27, 1960 and recorded in Volume 9932, Page 313 of the Cuyahoga County Records; -„ Thence East along said Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road, 101.98 feet to a point; Thence South 87'-23'-23" East, continuing along said .
