RESOLUTION NO. 1992- 06 INTRaDUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO PATSY MILLS WHEREAS, Patsy Mills was elected as Councilman-at-Large to serve a full term as a member of Mayfield Village Council from January l, 1988 until December 31, 1991; and WHEREAS, Patsy Mills has served as Council President from January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990; and WHEREAS, Patsy Mills, besides working on various Council Committees, was also very instrumental in many community programs including the Village Days, Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast and the Kooky Spooky Monster Maze; and WHEREAS, Patsy Mills, during her .term as a member of the Mayfield Village Council, served with diligence and dedication; and WHEREAS, Patsy Mills should not be allowed to leave the service of Mayfield Village Council without an expression of the appreciation she rightfully deserves; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, on behalf of themselves and all of the employees and residents-of the municipality, hereby express their deep appreciation and thanks to Patsy Mills for her faithful and devoted service to Mayfield Village, Ohio. SECTION 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. One such original shall be presented to Patsy Mills as a small token of the esteem in which she is held by the residents, officials and employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio. The other original shall be placed in.the permanent records of the Village as a lasting tribute to Patsy Mills. SECTION 3. This Resolution time allowed by law.
