RESOLUTION NO. 92- 07 <br />INTRODUCED BY:, Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE <br />ANIMAL WARDEN AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, has previously <br />enacted Ordinance No. 88-7 establishing the position of Animal <br />Warden; and <br />WHEREAS, William Weiss has previously been appointed and <br />confirmed as Village Animal Warden, his status being that of <br />independent contractor to the Municipality; and <br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid legislation provides, in part, that the <br />compensation of the Animal Warden is to be determined by the <br />Council from time-to-time. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. From and after February 1, 1992, William Weiss, <br />Village Animal Warden shall be compensated at the rate of Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month for performing the duties of <br />Animal Warden as set forth in Ordinance No. 88-7. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 3.
