RESOLUTION NO. 92- 07 INTRODUCED BY:, Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE ANIMAL WARDEN AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, has previously enacted Ordinance No. 88-7 establishing the position of Animal Warden; and WHEREAS, William Weiss has previously been appointed and confirmed as Village Animal Warden, his status being that of independent contractor to the Municipality; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid legislation provides, in part, that the compensation of the Animal Warden is to be determined by the Council from time-to-time. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. From and after February 1, 1992, William Weiss, Village Animal Warden shall be compensated at the rate of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per month for performing the duties of Animal Warden as set forth in Ordinance No. 88-7. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3.
