;.? i RESOLUTION NO. 92-07 -B . INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole A RESOLIITION OF APPRECIATION TO DAN M. PATRICK, II WHEREAS, Dan M. Patrick, II has been Director of Finance for the Village of Mayfield since February 1, 1987; and WHEREAS, Dan M. Patrick, II has resigned his position effective January 31, 1992; and WHEREAS, during the time period that Dan M. Patrick, II has been Director of Finance, the Village has completely computerized its financial records, prepared itself for producing a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, implemented and maintained a fixed-asset file. In addition, Mr. Patrick has been appointed to a Government Accounting Standards Board task force, and has provided the financial assistance to obtain favorable bond ratings for the Village, and successful audits by the State Auditor's Office throughout his term of office. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHiJ, THAT: SECTION 1. That Council of the Village and businesses of the express their sincere service as Director of the Mayor and his administration, and the of Mayfield, on behalf of all the residents Village of Mayfield, do hereby and herein appreciation to Dan M. Patrick, II for his Finance from 1987 to 1992. SECTION 2. That the Clerk of Council is di"rected to certify a copy of this Resolution to Dan M. Patrick, II. SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
