AN 5ALLY <br />HEJCL, AND DECLARING AN EMER ENCY <br />WHEREAS, e Hi-Bank Florist Shop wa granted a special use <br />permit in Resol ion No. 87-65, on Septem er 21, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the ecial use permit was granted personally to Alan <br />and Wanda Hejcl and 't is the intentio of this Resolution to amend <br />Resolution No. 87-65 y including the hildren, Alan Hejcl, Jr. and <br />Sally Hejcl, as perso 1 beneficiar' s of this special use permit. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TAjE COUNCIL/OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Sec ion 2 of Resolution No. 87-65 is hereby <br />and herein amended to incl de he names Alan Hejcl, Jr. and Sally <br />Hejcl as additional persons o personally are granted a special <br />use permit under the terms said resolution. <br />SECTION 2. That said ene iciaries, Alan Hejcl, Jr. and Sally <br />Hejcl are bound by all o er te ms and conditions, as well as any <br />restrictions contained therein in Resolution No. 87-65, as <br />amended. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds an <br />actions of the Coun il relating to t E <br />have been taken t open meetings <br />deliberations of his Council and of <br />such formal act' n, took place in meE <br />compliance wi all statutory r <br />requirements o Section 121.22 of the <br />3 determines that all formal <br />: adoption of this Resolution <br />of this Council; and that <br />'ts committees, resulting in <br />:'ngs open to the public in <br />e irements including the <br />Oh'o Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution is her y declared to be an <br />emergency asure necessary for the immedia e preservation of the <br />health, sa ety and welfare of the residents o Mayfield Village for <br />the reas that such plan was necessary t encourage orderly <br />developm nt in Mayfield Village. It shall, the efore, take effect <br />immedia ely upon passage by the affirmative vot of t less than <br />five () members elected to Counci approval by the ayor or <br />other se at the earliest time a o ecby law. ij (?
