RESOLUTION NO. 92-15 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 1991 AUDIT AND PAYMENT THEREFORE IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS WHEREAS, the annual audit as requested by the Village has been started and is completed as of this date; and WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the cost of the 1991 audit will not exceed Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($9,200.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Department of Finance are hereby and herein authorized and directed to make payment to the Treasurer of State for the 1991 audit, in an amount not to exceed Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($9,200.00). SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with , all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that such'plan was necessary to encourage orderly development in Mayfield Village.
