RESOLUTION NO. 92- 18 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION EXTENDING A SPECIAL U-5 USE PERMIT TO JEANNE MEYERS FOR AN AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP AND TOWING SERVICE FOR AUTOMOBILES FOR AN ADDITIONAL THREE YEARS WHEREAS, this Council is desirous of extending the special use permit referred to by Resolution Na. 89-77 for an additional three years, upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 89-77. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That the special use permit granted under Resolution No. 89-77 is hereby and herein extended for an additional three years, beginning May 19, 1992, and ending on May 19, 1995, upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in Resolution No. 89-77. SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessar.y for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that such plan was necessary to encourage orderly development in Mayfield Village.
