D. <br />iHere is a corrected copy of Res. 92-22. <br />' Mr. Diemert corrected the amount listed <br />! in Section l.i <br />RE50LUTION NO. 92-22 (As Amended) <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 86-64 PERTAINING TO THE COMPENSATION <br />OF THE PLANS EXAMINER FOR MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Council of- Mayfield Village, Ohio, adopted <br />Resolution No. 86-64 confirming the appointment of Noboru Asamoto <br />as the Plans Examiner for Mayfield Village, Ohio, and established <br />the compensation therefor; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Mayfield Village is desirous of <br />amending Section 2 of the aforesaid Resolution pertaining to the <br />compensation of the Plans Examiner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 86-64 is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Section 2. The Plans Examiner shall be an employee of the <br />municipality and compensated at the rate of Six Hundred <br />Dollars ($600.00) per annum, and in consideration thereof <br />shall be available for calls and consultation with the <br />Building Commissioner, Engineer, Law Director, or members of <br />the Architectural Review Board. For all additional services <br />of the Plans Examiner as requested or authorized, including <br />the attendance at_ ineetings, the Plans Examiner shall be <br />compensated at the rate of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per hour for <br />non-residential properties, and Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) <br />per hour for residential properties. Further, any additional <br />assistance or substitutes, as approved by the Mayor, shall be <br />compensated at the same hourly rates. <br />SECTION 2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 86-64 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of the Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for <br />the reason that such plan was necessary to encourage orderly <br />development in Mayfield Village. It shall, therefore, take effect
