RESOLUTION NO. 92-23 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACTIONS OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK BY FISHER'S TAVERN LOCATED AT 718 S.O.M. CENTER ROAD. WHEREAS, the owners of Fisher's Tavern made application for the construction of a deck and submitted appropriate drawings to the Planning and Zoning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, at a special meeting held on April 16, 1992, approved the construction of this deck with certain conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. That the actions of the Planning and Zoning Commission of April 16, 1992 relative to the approval of the construction of a deck at Fisher's Tavern at 718 S.O.M. Center Road is hereby and herein approved pursuant to the reasons set forth in the minutes of that meeting, and the conditions set forth therein. SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption by Council and signature by the Nlayor or as may otherwise be provided for in law. SECTION 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to distribute this Resolution to the Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission and members of the Architectural Review Board and to others as directed by the members of Council. SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings.of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
