ASSESSIV(ENT EQUALIZATION BOARD HEEARING <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />SEPTEMBER 3, 1992 <br />The Assessment Equalization Board met on Thursday, September 3, 1992, in the Council <br />Chambers at the Village Hall. <br />Village Law Director Joseph Diemert administered the oaths of office to the members of the <br />Assessment Equalizarion Board: Sam Knezevic, Illene Rosewater, and Toni Vaccarino. <br />Present: Mr. Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek, Nlr. Toth, Miss Heath <br />Also Present: Mr. Butler <br />Mr. Knezevic nominated Toni Vaccarino to serve as Chairman of the Assessment Equalization <br />Board. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None • Motion Camed <br />Toni Vaccarino to serve as Chairman. <br />The Board heard tesrimony from the objecring party, Larry Buder. <br />Mr. Butler said they have no objecrion to this assessment other than the way it was deternuned. <br />They have four buildings and one street light. He said he was informed the assessment was based <br />on valuation and he feels the amount of their assessment is excessive. <br />The Board also heazd testimony from Village Engineer Stephen Hovancsek and Village Finance <br />Director Steven Toth.
