RESOLUTION NO. 92- 31 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Pietrafese and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPOINTING AN EQUALIZATION BOARD <br />FOR STREET LIGHTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. That there is hereby and herein appointed an <br />Equalization Board to consider the objections submitted relevant to <br />a street lighting improvement program within the Village of <br />Mayfield. The members appointed to the Equalization Board shall be <br />Toni Vaccarino Illene Rosewater and <br />am nezevic . <br />SECTION 2 e The Equalization Board shall meet on September 3, <br />1992, at Mayfield Village Council Chambers at 6621 Wilson Mills <br />Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the <br />objections. <br />SECTION 3. That the Clerk of Council shall give notice at <br />least five days in advance to the objecting party by certified mail <br />of the date, time and place of the Equalization Board hearing. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4.
