acknowledges that the County has and shall have no responsibility <br />or liability under this Agreement or otherwise relating to or <br />arising out of such designations. <br />b. The County, the County Treasurer, and its and his <br />deputies, officers, employees, agents, attorneys and other <br />representatives shall deal with the Investment Officer in carrying <br />out this Agreement and shall be entitled to rely on all <br />communications, whether in written or oral form, from the <br />Investment Officer as being duly authorized on behalf of the <br />Municipality and as being accurate and complete. In the absence of <br />gross negligence on their part, the County, the County Treasurer, <br />and its and his deputies, officers, employees, agents, attorneys <br />and other.representatives shall have no liability for any actions <br />taken in reliance upon such communications in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Agreement or in the investment of public moneys <br />of the Municipality in Eligible Investments. <br />c. Unless and except as otherwise specified in Exhibit A <br />hereto, the Municipality is subject to the provisions of Chapter <br />135 of the Revised Code, and its public moneys may be invested in <br />eligible investments as authorized by Section 135.14 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />Section 3.
