STANDARD EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING WATER SERVICE , the Grantor herein, for valuable consideration received•and to be received to (my, our) full satisfaction, do hereby grant and conveitical Village of Mayfield and to the City of Cleveland, pol subdivisions of the State of Ohio and Grantees herein, the perpetual right-of-way and easement for the purposes hereinafter mentioned in the following described premises (the "Premises"): Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 16, Tract No. 2, and further being a parcel of land 50.00 feet in width laying 25.00 feet of either side of the following described centerline: Beginning on the Westerly line-of said Original Lot No. 16, at its intersection with the Southerly line of land conveyed to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, for the widening of Wilson Mills Road, by deed dated April 27, 1960 and recorded in Volume 9932, Page 313 of the Cuyahoga County Records; Thence East along said Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road, 101.98 feet to a point; Thence South 87°-231-23" East, continuing alonq said Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road, 75.00 feet to a point therein and the principal place of beginning of the centerline of the following described easement: Thence South 00'-291-44" West, 1093.18 feet to a point; Thence South 44'-411-24" East, 67.89 feet to a pointt Thence South 00'-32'-44" East, 60.17 feet to a point therein and the;.;;:Southerly terminus of the centerline of this easement. Grantor and Grantee agree that all references to either party in this instrument shall include that party and the party's heirs, administrators, successors and/or assigns.
