STANDARD EASEMENT FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING WATER SERVICE <br />, the Grantor <br />herein, for valuable consideration received•and to be received to <br />(my, our) full satisfaction, do hereby grant and conveitical <br />Village of Mayfield and to the City of Cleveland, pol <br />subdivisions of the State of Ohio and Grantees herein, the <br />perpetual right-of-way and easement for the purposes hereinafter <br />mentioned in the following described premises (the "Premises"): <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Mayfield <br />Township Lot No. 16, Tract No. 2, and further being a parcel of <br />land 50.00 feet in width laying 25.00 feet of either side of the <br />following described centerline: <br />Beginning on the Westerly line-of said Original Lot No. 16, <br />at its intersection with the Southerly line of land conveyed <br />to the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, for <br />the widening of Wilson Mills Road, by deed dated April 27, <br />1960 and recorded in Volume 9932, Page 313 of the Cuyahoga <br />County Records; <br />Thence East along said Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road, <br />101.98 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 87°-231-23" East, continuing alonq said <br />Southerly line of Wilson Mills Road, 75.00 feet to a point <br />therein and the principal place of beginning of the <br />centerline of the following described easement: <br />Thence South 00'-291-44" West, 1093.18 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 44'-411-24" East, 67.89 feet to a pointt <br />Thence South 00'-32'-44" East, 60.17 feet to a point therein <br />and the;.;;:Southerly terminus of the centerline of this <br />easement. <br />Grantor and Grantee agree that all references to either <br />party in this instrument shall include that party and the party's <br />heirs, administrators, successors and/or assigns. <br />In considFeration of the mutual covenants contained herein, <br />the Grantor hei?eby" grants and conveys unto the Grantee the rfqht <br />and easement to=;.enter upon the premises to lay, install, repair and <br />maintain thereirt;.;a' water main and appurtenances which the Grantee <br />deems to be n(j?,cessary or advisable from time to time; to turn off <br />water to any water main; or to do any other thing which the Grantee <br />deems to be necessary or advisable in order to operate or maintai,n <br />said mains, pipes, and appurtenances in accordance with the <br />ordinances, rules and regulations of the Grantee which are now in <br />effect or may be adopted hereafter. <br />, <br />/ <br />i j' . .- . ?•
