In the event the proceedings for such work so <br />abandoned, or postponed, is revived and actively pursued by the Village, he shall perform <br />the balance of the services to be rendered under this Agreement and not previously <br />performed, and he shall credit against the total compensation due any payments made under <br />Section 3(c).
