RESOLUTION NO. 2009-03 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO CLOSE <br />CERTAIN MUNICIPAL FUNDS WHICH HAVE BEEN CREATED <br />BUT ARE NO LONGER NECESSARY FOR THE <br />EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE VILLAGE. <br />Va--IEREAS, certain municipal Funds have been established as deemed necessary; and <br />WHEREAS, those Funds are no longer necessary for the efficient operation of the <br />Village; and ' <br />WHEREAS, those Funds include the following: <br />201 Federal Revenue Sharing Fund <br />205 CDBG Fund <br />441 Highland/SOM Project Issue II Fund <br />442 Upper 40 Project Issue II Fund <br />443 Worton Park Sewer Improvement Fund <br />445 Wilson Mills Road Project Fund <br />448 Parkview Pool Improvement Fund <br />601 Parkview Golf Course Fund <br />802 Sewer Plan & Construction Fund <br />807 Anthem Conversion Liquidation Fund <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The above-identified Funds are hereby and herein authorized to be closed <br />and deleted as Funds and no longer of Village record. <br />SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of the Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took <br />place in meetings open to the public in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
