Lease, but be confined in its operation to the clause,~sentence, paragraph <br />or parts thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such <br />judgment shall have been rendered, and in all other respects said Lease <br />shall continue in full force and effect. <br />25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Lease contains the entire agreement between the <br />parties, and any executory agreement hereafter made shall be ineffective to <br />change, modify, or discharge in whole or in part unless such executory <br />agreement is in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement of the <br />change modification or discharge is sought. <br />26. HEADINGS. The headings have been inserted only as a matter of convenience <br />and for reference and in noway define, limit or describe the scope or intent of <br />this Lease nor in any way affect this Lease. <br />27. COMMISSIONS. LESSOR and LESSEE acknowledge that neither is <br />represented by a real estate broker or agent in this transaction, and as such, no <br />fees or commissions are due. <br />28. UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES PROVISIONS. <br />None at this time. <br />7 <br />
