by, from, through or under LESSEE in violation of the provisions hereof shall vest <br />in the assigns any right, title or interests whatever. <br />23. QUIET ENJOYMENT. LESSOR hereby covenants and agrees that if <br />LESSEE shall perform all the covenants and agreements herein stipulated to be <br />performed on LESSEE'S part, LESSEE shall at a!I times during the terms of the <br />Lease hereof have the peaceable and quiet enjoyment and possession of the <br />premises. <br />24. INTERPRETATION. <br />A. Wherever either the word "LESSOR" or "LESSEE" is used in this <br />Lease, it shall be considered as meaning "LESSOR" or "LESSEE" <br />respectively, wherever the context permits or requires, and when the <br />singular and/or neuter pronouns are used herein, the same shall be <br />construed as including all persons and corpora#ions designated <br />respectively as LESSOR or LESSEE in the heading of this instrument <br />wherever the context requires. <br />B. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this Lease shall for <br />any reason be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be <br />invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalids#e the remainder <br />of this Lease, but be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, <br />paragraph or parts thereof directly involved in the controversy in which <br />such judgment shall have been rendeted, and in all other respects said <br />Lease shall continue in full force and effect. . <br />25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Lease contains the entire agreement <br />between the parties, and any executory agreement hereafter made shall be <br />ineffective to change, modify, or discharge in whole or in part unless such <br />executory agreement is in writing and signed by the party against whom <br />enforcement of the change modification or discharge is sought. <br />26. HEADINGS. The headings have been inserted only as a matter of <br />convenience and for reference and in no way define, limit or describe the scope <br />or intent of this Lease nor in any way affect this Lease. <br />27. COMMISSIONS. LESSOR and LESSEE acknowledge that neither is <br />represented by a real estate broker or agent in this transaction, and as such, no <br />fees or commissions are due. <br />28. UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES PROVISIONS. <br />None at this time. <br />7 <br />
