Ordinance 2007-1 S Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 2006 encumbrances were as follows: General Fund $797,456.90 SCM&R Fund $71,920.36 Community Room Fund $2,974.95 Civic Center Fund $20,632.83 Hillcrest Area Fire Radio Fund $1,816.00 Infiastucture Improvement Fund $2,720.00 General Bond Retirement Fund $54,050.00 Capital Improvement Fund $150,563.21 Parkview Ballfields Construction Fund $2,040.70 Municipal Center Fund $4,524.00 North County Line Sewer Project Fund $28,724.03 Northwest Quadrant Project Fund $2,475.00 Performance Bond Fund $3,594.50 Contractors' Retainage Account $65,210.37 $1,208,702.85 Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2007, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00); and B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Civic Center Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and Mayfield Village 2007 Appropriation Budget Page 6 of 8
