ORDINANCE NO. 2007- 20 <br />PAGE 7 <br />- Section 14. This Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />and of any of its committees concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were taken in <br />an open meeting of this Council or of any of its committees, and that all deliberations of this <br />Council and of any committees that resulted in those formal actions were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with the law. <br />Section 15. This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the <br />immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the Village, and for the further <br />reason that the immediate effectiveness of this ordinance is required in order to effect the issuance <br />and sale of the Notes, which is necessary to enable the Village to retire the Outstanding Note and <br />thereby preserve its credit; wherefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect i ediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. % / <br />t of <br />First reading: August 139 2007 <br />Second reading: Suspended <br />Third read' <br />PASSED: <br />APPROVI <br />APPROVI <br />ATTEST: <br />
