EXHIBIT C <br />DESCRIPTION OF THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br />The Public Improvements include the following public improvements located in <br />the area of the Village north of Wilson Mills Road and west of S.O.M. Center Road, <br />and in each case, includes the acquisition of real estate and interests in real estate <br />related thereto: <br />- The construction of Stormwater Management facilities; <br />- The construction of and improvement to recreational facilities, including a <br />recreational trail or bike path, parks, open spaces, wetland protection, <br />and/or parking facilities, and in each case, improved access thereto and <br />landscaping thereof; <br />- The widening of S.O.M. Center Road from Wilson Mills Road to White Road <br />and related improvements thereto; <br />- Improvements to Beta Drive, and <br />- Construction and Installation of a high-speed fiber optic network and/or <br />wireless Internet network. <br />C-1 <br />
