C'RDINANCE N0. 2007-26 <br />PAGE Two <br />General Offenses Code (Cont. <br />533.01 Obscenity and Sex Offense Definitions. (Amended) <br />533.07 Public Indecency. (Amended) <br />537.02 Vehicular Homicide and Manslaughter. (Amended) <br />537.03 Assault. (Amended) <br />537.07 Endangering Children. (Amended) <br />537.16 Illegal Distribution of Cigarettes. (Amended) <br />541.10 Trespass on a Place of Public Entertainment. (Added) <br />549.02 Carrying Concealed Weapons. (Amended) <br />549.04 Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. (Amended) <br />549.12 Defacing Identification Marks of a Firearm, or Possessing a Defaced <br />Firearm. (Added) <br />SECTION 3. The complete text of the sections listed above are set forth in full in the <br />current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances which are hereby attached to this ordinance <br />as Exhibit A. Notice of adoption of each new section by reference to its title shall constitute <br />sufficient publication of new matter contained therein. <br />SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place <br />in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary <br />for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the Municipality and its inhabitants <br />for the reason that there exists an imperative necessity for the earliest publication and distribution <br />of current Replacement Pages to the officials and residents of the unicipality, so as to cilitate <br />administration, daily operation and avoid practical and legal a me <br />ILLIAM BUCKHOLTZ <br />Council President <br />First Reading: November 26, 2007 <br />
