Ordinance 2007-27 <br />D. From the Sewer Relief Fund to the to the Highland Road, Metro Park Drive, Zorn Lane Sewer Project the <br />sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00); and <br />E. From the Upper 40 Improvement Fund to the General Fund the sum of Ninety-Two Thousand, Four <br />Hundred Six and 15/100 Dollars ($92,406.15); and <br />F. From the Parkview Ballfield Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Two Hundred Forty <br />Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($240,000.00); and <br />G. From the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund, the sum of Six-Hundred <br />Ninety-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($695,000.00); and <br />H. From the Parkview Pool Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Five Thousand Seven <br />Hundred Seventy-Seven and 93/100 Dollars ($5,777.93); and <br />I. From the Northwest Quadrant Fund to the General Bond Retirement. Fund the sum of One Hundred <br />Twenty-One Thousand Forty-Two and 23/100 Dollars ($121,042.23); and <br />J. From the S.O.M. Center Road Reconstruction Project Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum <br />of Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Eleven and 71/100 Dollars ($320,211.71); and <br />K. Transfer from the North Commons T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Nine- <br />Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($910,000.00); and <br />L. Transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of <br />Seventy-Four Thousand Dollars ($74,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take <br />effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not <br />Mayfield Village 2007 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />
