S; the addition 4f the nQrth etttrance to the bui{ding will require the use of <br />approxirraately 308 square feet Of ViIlage-ownad iand Gurrently used as parking for the <br />0 VilfadWs Givic Cent6r; and ' <br />' WHIEREAS, in arder to facilka#e the use af the Viilage's praperty fior the additian of <br />the.north entrance, the Planning and Zoning Cammissian granfied Heinen's a Condiflanal <br />-Use Permit fpr the land pursuan# to Chapfer 1149 of the Village's codified ordinanoes; and <br />. UVHEREAS, as conditions to the approval of the Canditional Use Permk, the VilIage <br />is requiring tFrat Heinen's enter into a Graund Lease Agreement far the use of the-9Q$ <br />square feet n{ lrpage owned land and a Parking- Easement allowing Heinen's the use of <br />the current Givic Centdr Par[dng lot as shared parking af the narth entrance; and <br />WHEREAS, the ViIlage's P(anning and Zoning C.ommission approved bf the <br />Meinen's expansion including the expansion" on the eas4 and south sides of the building <br />and the north entrance and also granted Meinen's a candifional use permif fortheuse bf <br />the 34$ square feet of ViAage owned land with.#he cnndkions as aforesaid;: and <br />.
