RESOLUTION 2006-10 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bruce G. Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />LEE STONE <br />WHEREAS, Lee Stone initially started working part-time for Mayfield <br />Village in the Adm~i nistration Department in July 1996. She continued serving <br />as administrativ ssistant in July 1997 on a full-time basis; and <br />WHEREAS, Lee Stone was involved with Cruise Night, July 4~ <br />Celebration, Concerts on the Green, and various other activities through the <br />years; and <br />WHEREAS, Lee Stone assisted in the coordination of scheduling for all <br />events and meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, Lee Stone assisted in the preparation and distribution of the <br />Voice of the Village; and <br />WHEREAS, during the past 10 years, Lee Stone provided daily assistance <br />in the administrative offices; and <br />WHEREAS, for the past 6 months, Lee Stone assisted the Human <br />Services Department with their events; and <br />WHEREAS, Lee Stone has announced her retirement effective August 4, <br />2006 and should not be allowed to leave without recognition for her 10 years of <br />faithful and dedicated service.. Lee will be deeply missed. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Lee Stone be and is hereby recognized for <br />her devoted service to Mayfield Village. <br />Section 1. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to prepare duplicate <br />original copies of this Resolution. One such original shall be presented to Lee Stone. The other <br />original shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a lasting tribute to Lee <br />Stone. <br />Section 2.
